This process was quite painful. The seller shipped the wrong pair of shoes and asked for me to ship it to the correct customer with a refund of the shipping cost. His customer service is poor, with most of his responses are AI generated. The communication through the process was severally lacking, leaving me to question what was happening. The shoes are decent. They seem to be made of real leather; however, the thickness is quite thinner than expected. The sole and heel seem questionably attached, appearing to have just been a glue only construction. The engraving was done nicely. I did notice some wrinkling appearing on the toe cap after wearing the shoes around the house for a few hours. The bottom of the shoes are really slippery. Overall, a frustrating experience for a shoe that likely won't last.
